Parade Instructions:
Parade Starts @ 10
Line-up must be completed by 9 am
Instructions for Parade Day:
Please arrive for line-up between 7 am - 8:45 am to be directed to your position. You will be given your number and instructions. Display the number you are issued prominently on the driver’s side of your entry so that it can be easily seen from the announcer’s stand.
Please follow all directions from Parade Officials.
DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO ARRIVE!!!!!! Line-up must be completed by 9 am. Please make your way to your designated spot immediately upon arrival. Decorating will NOT be allowed in the parking area. Please decorate in your designated line-up spot. Entries will be judged during the parade.
Toss candy gently at the crowd’s feet and toss it as far from the street as possible to keep kids out of the street. Maintain plenty of space between yourself and the next entry. Keep a very slow pace and don’t forget to pause in front of the announcer’s stand.
*STOP ON THE SQUARE AS YOU ARE INTRODUCED*
TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION FOR THE ANNOUNCER, YOU MUST STAY IN THE ORDER YOU ARE ASSIGNED, AS THEY WILL HAVE EVERYONE’S INFORMATION IN NUMBER ORDER.
Entries will be judged on:
Originality, Best Representation of the Parade Theme, and Effort.
