The Buffalo Area Chamber of Commerce/Chamber Foundation's mission is to advance the commercial, industrial, and civic interests of Buffalo, Missouri, and the surrounding trade areas. The chamber works to assure progressive community development in order to maintain a climate for a sound, expanding economy and a healthy community.

The Buffalo Area Chamber Foundation's mission is to advance the commercial, industrial, and civic interests of Buffalo, Missouri, and the surrounding trade areas through education and aiding persons to obtain access to local/state/federal resources available to them. The Buffalo Area Chamber Foundation will engage in related charitable activities to ensure progressive community development to create and maintain a climate for a sound, expanding economy and a healthy community.

The Chamber is a source of information for residents and visitors. Monthly membership meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month at noon.
