    Calling All Clans!

    Clans on Clan Row proudly share their rich histories, family stories, and treasured memorabilia. They also offer genealogy resources for those interested in tracing their family roots. In addition, many clans will showcase traditional weaponry and live bagpipe performances, bringing their heritage to life for all to experience.

    Southwest Missouri Celtic Heritage Festival & Highland Games - Clan Registration - Registration Due By August 14, 2026

    We have received several requests to try something new with the Clans this year. The clans will set up in the covered area just west of the parking lot.  It will not be necessary to bring your tents. 
    10’ X 10’ Spaces will be marked inside the cover to set up your display tables and chairs for the number that you have requested. Tables and Chairs will not be provided.

    This will put the clan representation more involved with the public.  The musical entertainment will be on the west side, and the Highland Games directly behind where the clans will be.
    The calling of the clans, including the torches and parade, will happen on Friday at 7 pm and Saturday at noon. 
    Since this is a special year, on Friday we will commemorate 9/11 and on Saturday we will recognize the 250th anniversary of the USA. Special events are being planned.

    If you still want to set up a tent, please let us know.  That can still be accommodated on the east side of the structure.

    Tent Registration Fee - $15.00

    Included in your tent fee is one 12 x 12 tent space and 2 adult tickets to enter the festival. Additional people at your tent will need to purchase tickets. If you are buying two tent spaces (12x24) for your clan, you will receive a total of 4 adult tickets to enter the festival. *Please note: If you are registering for two different Clans, please fill out a separate registration form for each clan.
