We are a full service Canoe Rental and Campground. We offer rental of Canoes, Rafts, Kayaks, Inner tubes and Lodging.
We float the Niangua River and 80% of our business comes from Kansas City.
Bob and Barbara Burns started NRO in 1977 with 10 or 12 canoes, 10 or so innertubes, a 16 passenger van and a 65 passenger bus. Now we run 200 canoes, 225 Rafts, 175 kayaks, 50 innertubes and 26 lodging units that sleeps 2 to 18 ppl.
